Hi there!

I am Ally Newhouse

I was born and raised in Wellsville. I graduated here in 2019 and am an avid lover of volleyball. I went on to cheer at Emporia State and graduated in 2023 with my degree in Elementary Education. I teach fourth grade at Wellsville Elementary. This will be my 5th year as a Midwest volleyball coach. I coached 15-2, 16-2, 15-1, 16-1, and now the 14-1! I coach Wellsville JV high school volleyball and freshman and JV girls basketball. I am energetic, outgoing, and an open communicator. I love the sport of volleyball and even play in grass, sand, and indoor tournaments in KC throughout the year. Playing and coaching volleyball involves me into this sport and allows me to learn more about this ever-changing game. When I am not coaching or teaching, you might find me on a walk or at the gym lifting. I love to read books, listen to podcasts and music, and spend time with my family. I am an aunt to two littles, 4 and 1.5. I love being around my friends, trying new coffee places, and staying involved in the game of volleyball!
