Hi there!

I am Grace Newhouse

I’ll be coaching the 17s this season! I currently work as a personal trainer while finishing school to become a physical therapist assistant. Outside of volleyball, I enjoy lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, bowling, and being outdoors.

I started playing volleyball at 12 years old with Midwest Jrs and played through age 18. At Wellsville, I played middle blocker my freshman year, right side my sophomore and junior years, and outside hitter my senior year. After high school, I did college track for two years but missed volleyball, so I started coaching to stay involved. I began as a junior assistant coach with MW at 16 and have been with them ever since! My favorite position is right side, and my favorite part of volleyball is the excitement, energy, and atmosphere.

I’m so excited for this season and can’t wait to see everyone grow, compete, and have fun!
