Hi there!
I am Kari Patton
I serve as the Club Director for Midwest Jrs. Volleyball has been a major part of my life for many years, and for the past 26 years I have had the privilege of helping lead and grow the club while supporting young athletes as they develop their skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game.
In addition to my role as director, I have coached for many of those years, working closely with players to help them improve both on and off the court. I believe volleyball teaches valuable lessons in commitment, communication, discipline, and resilience, and I enjoy creating an environment where athletes can challenge themselves, support their teammates, and reach their full potential.
Midwest Jrs has also been a family experience for me. I have been married to my husband, Dale, for 37 years, and we have three daughters: Kayla, Kristin, and Karly. All three played for Midwest Jrs and now coach in the club, which makes volleyball an even more special part of our family story.
I am also blessed with six grandchildren: Jackson, Judd, Kharlie, Maveric, Maddix, and Masyn. Maveric currently plays for Midwest and is the first boy in our club, which is an exciting milestone for our family and the organization. When I am not in the gym, I enjoy time with my family and our pups, Kleo and Ellie. I am proud to be part of the volleyball community and look forward to another fun season!
