Hi there!
I am Kaci Evans
I am a School Psychologist for Ottawa High School, the alternative programs at Eugene Field and Garfield Elementary School. I have a lifelong love of volleyball. I played four years of college volleyball at Ottawa University and have been coaching for about 25 years, working with athletes ages 6–18.
I have three daughters who have all been heavily involved in volleyball. My oldest, Kirsten, played libero at Fort Hays State University for four years. My middle daughter, Kamden, spent two years at Johnson County Community College and is now continuing her career at Newman University playing softball. My youngest, Kirby, is a junior at Ottawa High School. All three girls played for Midwest Juniors and have had wonderful experiences with the club.
The club’s philosophy aligns with our family’s values and has allowed all three girls to participate in three sports throughout high school while continuing to grow as volleyball players. I really appreciate an environment that supports the whole athlete and encourages them to pursue multiple interests.
When I’m not chasing kids or spending time around volleyball, I enjoy being with my family, reading, and playing with my dogs.
